The Cobblers are long drinks and are very refreshing during hot weather. They can be made with almost any type of wine as well as Whiskey, Gin and Brandy

Sherry Cobbler American Style

1 teaspoom of Sugar Syrup
1 teaspoon of Pineapple Syrup
1 gill of Sherry
Ice well and shake well, then strain into a tumbler which has been filled with broken ice

Decorate neatly with seasonal fruit and pour a little Port on top. Serve with straws and a spoon

Sherry Cobbler French Style

1 teaspoom of Sugar Syrup
1 teaspoon of Curacao
1 gill of Sherry
Ice well and shake well, then strain into a tumbler which has been filled with broken ice

Champagne Cobbler

1 teaspoom of Sugar Syrup
1 teaspoon of Curacao
1 gill of Champagne
Ice well and stir gently, then strain into a tumbler which has been filled with broken ice

Coffee Cobbler

1 teaspoom of Sugar Syrup
1 teaspoon of Curacao
1 gill of Old Brandy
Ice well and stir gently, then strain into a tumbler which has been filled with broken ice

Tea Cobbler

1 teaspoom of Sugar Syrup
1 teaspoon of Curacao
1 gill of Old Jamaca Rum
Ice well and stir gently, then strain into a tumbler which has been filled with broken ice
