The Crustas are generally made with Gin, Whiskey, Brandy or Rum

Always remember that the Crusta glass, a small wine glass should be prepared before the mixture as follows

Moisten the edges with Lemon and dip the glass in pulversied Sugar. Cut the ends of a clean lemon, peel the rest like and Apple and put this peel in the wine glass so that it lines the entire inside of the glass

Gin Crusta

3 dashes of Gum Syrup
3 dahses of Maraschino
2 dashes of Angostura bitters
The juice of a quarter of a lemon
1/2 gill of Gin
Shake well and strain into the prepared Crusta glass, add a few slices of fruit and serve with a spoon

Rum Crusta

3 dashes of Gum Syrup
3 dahses of Maraschino
2 dashes of Angostura bitters
The juice of a quarter of a lemon
1/2 gill of Rum
Shake well and strain into the prepared Crusta glass, add a few slices of fruit and serve with a spoon

St. Croix Crusta

3 dashes of Gum Syrup
3 dahses of Maraschino
2 dashes of Angostura bitters
The juice of a quarter of a lemon
1/2 gill of St, Croix Rum
Shake well and strain into the prepared Crusta glass, add a few slices of fruit and serve with a spoon
