Fizzes are very good drinks in the morning. They should be drunk as soon as they are ready because they lose their flavour very quickly

Cream Fizz

Fill the shaker half full of ice and add
1 teaspoon of Sugar Syrup
The juice of one Lemon
3/4 gill of Gin
A little cream
Shake well, strain into a tumbler and fill up with cold soda water. Serve and drink immediately

Gin Fizz

Fill the shaker half full of ice and add
1 teaspoon of Sugar Syrup
The juice of one Lemon
3/4 gill of Gin
Shake well, strain into a tumbler and fill up with cold soda water. Serve and drink immediately

Golden Fizz

Fill the shaker half full of ice and add
1 teaspoon of Sugar Syrup
The juice of one Lemon
3/4 gill of Gin
The yolk of a fresh egg
Shake well, strain into a tumbler and fill up with cold soda water. Serve and drink immediately

Morning Glory Fizz

Fill the shaker half full of ice and add
The white of a fresh egg
Sugar Syrup according to taste
The juice of half a Lemon or equal parts of Lemon and Lime juice
3 dashes of Absinthe
3/4 gill of Gin, Whisky or Brandy as required
The white of a fresh egg
Shake well, strain into a tumbler and fill up with cold soda water. Serve and drink immediately settles the nerves!

Orange Fizz

Fill the shaker half full of ice and add
1 teaspoon of Sugar Syrup
The juice of one Orange
3/4 gill of Gin
Shake well, strain into a tumbler and fill up with cold soda water. Serve and drink immediately

Royal Fizz

Fill the shaker half full of ice and add
1 teaspoon of Sugar Syrup or Grenadine
The juice of one Lemon
3/4 gill of Gin
A whole fresh egg
Shake well, strain into a tumbler and fill up with cold soda water. Serve and drink immediately

Silver Fizz

Fill the shaker half full of ice and add
1 teaspoon of Sugar Syrup
The juice of one Lemon
3/4 gill of Gin
The white of a fresh egg
Shake well, strain into a tumbler and fill up with cold soda water. Serve and drink immediately

Texas Fizz

Fill the shaker half full of ice and add
A little Grenadine to sweeten according to taste
The juice of half a Lemon
The juice of half an Orange
3/4 gill of Gin
Shake well, strain into a tumbler and fill up with cold soda water. Serve and drink immediately
