All Smashes are made the same way by substituting the base Liquor
Gin SmashDissolve a little sugar and water in a shaker and add three sprigs of mint, press the flavour out of them and remove themFill the shaker with ice and add 1/2 gill of Gin, shake and strain into a wine galss. Dress with fruit and serve with a spoon
