All slings are made the same way, one just has to substitute the base liquor. When desired cold use water and ice, when hot use boiling water

Hot Apple Jack Sling

Half fill a tumbler with boiling water and Sugar Syrup to sweeten, 3/4 gill of Apple Jack Brandy or Calvados and stir gently
Squeeze the p[eel of a lemon into the glass and add grated Nutmeg. You can add a tablespoon of fresh lemon juice if required

Straits Sling

2 dashes of Orange Bitters
2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
The juice of half a lemon
1/8 gill of Benedictine
1/8 gill of Dry Cherry Brandy
1/2 gill of Gin
Must be iced and shaken. Pour into a tumbler and fill with cold Soda water
